The course will take place from 15 April 2025 to 15 July 2025 every Tuesday from 2 pm c.t. to 4 pm in ZHG 102. Due to a clash of dates, the lecture on 8.7.2025 will be cancelled.
In the lecture on 15 April 2025, the written exam Property Law I from winter semester 2024/25 will be returned and discussed.

Content:
In the summer semester 2025, Prof. Dr Dr h.c. Volker Lipp is offering the lecture Property Law II (Real Estate Law) as part of the foundation degree programme. Further information on this course can be found in Stud.IP.
The course is part of the basic studies programme and is aimed at students taking the intermediate examination.
