Modes of organisational diversity: theories, methodologies and practices (DFG, 2024-2027)

The German Research Foundation (DFG) is funding a new research network "Modes of Organisational Diversity: Theory, Empiricism, and Practices" for a duration of three years. The network is based at the Göttingen Diversity Research Institute and led by Dr. Julia Gruhlich and Prof. Dr. Andrea D. Bührmann. The network aims to strengthen the integration of German-speaking diversity research into the international discourse on diversity and organisation. A further goal is to systematise and further develop disciplinary and interdisciplinary approaches to open up new perspectives on the relationship between diversity and organisation. Another key focus is to foster exchange among researchers in German-speaking countries to strengthen the connection between diversity and organisational research and inspire new collaborative initiatives.
